  1. In Lithuania, goods are delivered by the customer's chosen delivery methods: registered LT mail, post offices, large formats can be sent by courier.

  2. After choosing the Courier delivery service, the Customer undertakes to indicate the exact delivery address, the name of the recipient and the correct telephone number of the recipient. The courier will deliver the goods to the specified address, having previously called the recipient to the telephone number specified by him

  3. Goods are delivered abroad by registered shipment within 14 days in Europe, to other regions such as the USA, Australia, Canada, Japan can take up to 20 days.

  4. Express delivery time and price are different from ordinary shipment delivery. Urgent delivery must be arranged before paying for the goods individually. Email unalune@gmail.com to accommodate increased shipping costs.

                                                             PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele        and Šiauliai Bank. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the           MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

  2.  Payments in the electronic store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, which is              managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore              your personal information, required for payment execution and confirmation, will be transferred        to Maksekeskus AS.

 

 

                                                                           RETURN

  1. Pursuant to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, if you have purchased a substandard product in the Store, you can return it within fourteen days, after notifying the e-mail. email unalune@gmail.com . This rule applies to all art goods except women's elastic.

  2. High-quality elastic, tights, socks, socks and similar goods are not exchanged, Item 6.2 of the Rules (by the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania “Rules for Returning and Replacing Items”).

  3. In order to replace or return a product that meets the quality requirements, but does not like / does not meet the requirements, it is necessary to deliver the product in packaging, un evaporated, without any scratches or other defects, within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Make a written request with a reason for returning the item. The account number, the name of the recipient to make a refund are also attached.

  4. Until the returned product reaches the seller, it is the Customer's property and responsibility, so when returning the product, the Customer must make sure that it has been properly packaged and will not be damaged during shipment. Remember to keep the registered postal number of the shipment.

  5. Upon receipt of the shipment, the money is returned to the Customer within 15 working days to the account specified in the request.

  6. All costs (postage, customs, etc.) related to the sending and return shipping are paid by the Customer.

  7. The Unalune.com store reserves the right not to accept returned products with signs of mechanical damage if they are due to the buyer's fault, improper maintenance, breakage, damage.
    9. All questions or disputes regarding the return or exchange of products shall be settled by negotiation. If the negotiations fail, the State Consumer Rights Protection Service is contacted.

                                                     GENERAL STORE RULES

  1. By registering or fulfilling the order, the customer confirms that he is an adult and has the right to buy in the store.

  2. The color of the product, in reality and in the photo may differ slightly due to the characteristics and / or settings of the screen used or the lighting chosen during shooting. However, the graphic image is completely accurate for the available product.

  3. The elastic sizes are given in the description (fully correspond to the dimensions given in the table. Therefore, due to individual body lines or volumes that do not meet the parameters of the table, the store cannot accept claims. The customer must evaluate his own unique body features before purchasing elastic.
